That plan is threatened when I land a new job as an insurance assessor working for the aloof and attractive sphinx, Altan. I can't decide if it’s the best or worst job I've ever had... it's complicated, okay?

When the sphinx assigns me to my first proper claim, I'm excited for the chance to prove myself. But it rapidly becomes clear that everything is not as it seems. I'm left with a bunch of questions. How the heck did a giant landmark disappear overnight? Are men still worth the effort? And why on earth can I suddenly talk to animals?
