Lizzy and Darcy are a married couple at last. After a long and difficult courtship they become man and wife at a wonderful wedding at Pemberley.

Darcy however reminds his new bride that they are not yet legally married. Not until certain rites have been performed; that is, when the marriage has been consummate.

Therefore they retire alone to their bed chamber and become truly man and wife. And then again in the morning.

For Lizzy, everything seems perfect. Perhaps too perfect. Now that the drama has gone from their union, will the intensity of their love fade away also? She consults Jane and Lydia, who give her very different advice.

A few days later Darcy and Lizzy leave Pemberly to commence their honeymoon in Europe. Lizzy cannot help wondering whose advice to follow. Lydia’s suggestions are more exciting, but how can she bring them to fruition?
