T.H. Cini is a Canadian author. His stories are considered surreal with elements that touch on the paranormal. His works border on Literary Fiction and Genre Fiction. Many of his themes include the afterlife and dreams.

Tales of the Witching Hour is situated in the 1980’s. He chose this era for two distinct reasons; he grew up in the 80’s and more specifically, he relies on the uniqueness and mystery surrounding life before the digital age. The book is a collection of four stories, titled: The Man in the Fedora Hat, The Red Balloon, The Typewriter, and The Whispering Room.

Tales of the Other Side. Maintaining the 80’s theme, these four stories are a collection of weird tales which include the afterlife and dreams. The four stories are: The Very Cold Corner, The Mirror and Mrs. Crandall, The Dream-Escape: Dreams of Linen, and Spot 57.

The Dream-Escape, T.H. Cini’s third book, was released in December 2021 and contains the original Dreams of Linen title from Tales of the Other Side. He continued on with the short story series adding: Searching for Mary, The Eyes of a Marchesa, and The Shadow in the Window. The Eyes of a Marchesa is about the narrator’s journey in the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) and becoming entranced by the eyes of the portrait of The Marchesa Casati, painted by Welsh artist Augustus John. These four stories are all based on the narrator’s ability to fall into interactive dreams based on indicators during his waking world.

In Amongst the Cornfields and Other Stories was released in April 2022. The main title, In Amongst the Cornfields is his only Gothic Fiction story. This novella is centered around a ten-year-old boy’s obsession with what is inside his neighbor's shed. This story and The Lost Letter of Geraldine Thompson are slightly different from other stories as they are considered mainstream fiction. He veered away from his traditional surreal writing and focused on a more historical setting which contain romantic elements and suspense. The second story, In Consequence of the Written Word, is also situated in the early 1980’s and features a ghost, soothsayers, and messages that link to the Oracle of Delphi in Greece.

gHost Road, released in June 2023. In the small town of Hastings, Ontario, Jimmy discovers that he hasn’t been the best person to himself or to others. He stumbles upon this in a strange way and at a mysterious location—gHost Road.
