Shawnee´ Gibbs is a writer from the San Francisco Bay Area, currently living and working in Los Angeles, who specializes in writing and producing content for television, film, comics and graphic novels. She is the author of the time travel comic series "Fashion Forward" and "The Invention of E.J. Whitaker," a diverse steampunk adventure series, which re-imagines the early 20th century. She is the author of "Ghost Roast" an upcoming YA graphic novel for HarperCollins / Versify, a contributor to Marvel Comics' "Women of Marvel: #1 (2023)" and has served as a writer for animated shows for Warner Bros. Animation, Dreamworks Animation and Cartoon Network.
